  1. What are the inseams for Berne apparel?
    Men's Inseams (by length): XShort 28"; Short 30", Regular 32"; Tall 34"; XTall 36".

    Ladies Inseams (by length): Short 28"; Regular 30", Tall 32".

    Youth Inseams (by size): XSmall 17"; Small 20"; Medium 23"; Large 25"; XLarge 27".
  2. Can you provide my company with a shoe program?
    Yes. We do both mail and internet programs nationwide. Plus, we offer a shoe-truck service where we bring shoes to businesses.   3. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We will advise you of shipping charges before completing your order. There is no free shipping on international orders. Not all vendors allows us to ship internationally.
  4. Do you offer customization?
    Yes. We currently offer embroidery, heatpress and screenprinting. Call us at (1.800.566.4298) and let us assist you in exactly what you want on your apparel purchase.
  5. How do you ship?
    Normally we ship UPS unless you request we ship to a post office box.
  6. Do you offer next day delivery?
    Yes. Next-day and 2-day delivery are available for an extra charge. These orders must be placed by phone: 1.800.566.4298.
  7. Do you offer quantity pricing or bid pricing?

  8. What is your pricing policy?
    National Workwear reserves the right to correct any website and catalog errors. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders where such pricing errors have occurred.
  9. What if I need to return my order?
    You may return products for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery of your products. The products also must be in new, resellable condition. That means garments and footwear that have been worn to work or show wear, or that have been washed will not be accepted for returns or exchanges except in the case of manufacturer defect.

    Unfortunately, returns or exchanges may not be made for:
    · Items marked S/C. These are special cut items that are made-to-order just for you.
    · Products that have been customized with embroidery, screen print or heat press application.

    The cost of shipping your returned items to us is your responsibility. For exchanges however, we do offer FREE standard shipping on your replacement items.

    To return or exchange your product or products, just ship it to us at the address below. Please include a note with your name, order number and contact information along with if you would like a refund or exchange. If you prefer an exchange, please provide detailed information about the product that you would like to replace the returned item. This includes style #, color, and size.
