What makes our insole completely unique is its innovative design which combines puncture resistant protection with an orthotic support system. There is nothing else like it on the market. Our insole is manufactured using high quality polyurethane molded around a single layer of 0.02-inch flexible stainless spring steel. The orthotic attributes of the insole include a heel cup, arch support, and metatarsal support. The stainless spring steel is capable of withstanding over 270 pounds of puncture pressure, as outlined in the American Society for Testing and Materials F2413 (formerly American National Standards Institutes [ANSI] Z41-1991 Standard, Section 5.3.2). The insoles are also Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration (OSHA) compliant.
